Website scope and current status
These terms describe use of the LimitLend public website and requests for launch information. LimitLend is in pre-launch and is not accepting or processing payments. Product screens, balances, payees, and statuses are examples. Visiting this website or contacting us does not open a financial account or authorize a transaction.
Proposed business payment service
LimitLend is being developed to help eligible businesses organize and pay legitimate bills owed to approved third-party business payees. The proposed flow is customer → authorized funding source → LimitLend → approved third-party business payee. The proposed model does not include disbursements to customers or transfers to a customer’s own bank account.
Launch and availability
Launch depends on finalizing the operating structure, provider arrangements, and required approvals. This website does not represent that a bank, acquirer, payment network, or other provider has approved or endorsed the service. No launch date, jurisdictional coverage, funding method, or payment acceptance is guaranteed.
Future eligibility and authorization
Before any payment service becomes available, customers will receive the applicable eligibility requirements, payee requirements, service agreement, and privacy disclosures. A customer must have authority to act for the business and use the selected funding source. Bills and payee information must be accurate and relate to genuine business obligations.
Fees and payment terms
Fees, transaction limits, settlement arrangements, delivery estimates, cancellation procedures, refunds, and dispute handling for the proposed service are not finalized. These terms do not establish a fee schedule. Any applicable terms and charges must be disclosed before a customer authorizes a future payment.
Permitted website use
Use this website lawfully. Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with website security, or use the website for fraud. Do not send card numbers, bank credentials, identity documents, or payment instructions through the launch-update email link. See the Acceptable Use page for the proposed service boundaries.

You may email support@limitlend.com to request information or launch updates. An inquiry does not guarantee access or eligibility. The Privacy Policy explains the information involved in website visits and email inquiries.
Updates and previous relationships
This page describes the current public website and proposed service as of the date below. It does not retroactively amend an earlier signed agreement, extinguish existing obligations, or change the permitted use of information previously collected. Questions about a previous relationship should be directed to support@limitlend.com. Material future service terms will be presented before enrollment or payment authorization.
