Planned payment purpose
The proposed service is intended for legitimate business obligations owed to approved third-party payees. A payment must have an identifiable business purpose, accurate bill information, an authorized funding source, and a legitimate payee.
Excluded activity
The proposed model excludes customer payouts, transfers to the customer’s own bank account, fictitious invoices, circular payments, unauthorized use of a funding source, impersonation, concealed beneficiaries, fraud, unlawful transactions, and evasion of applicable restrictions.
Future review
Supported categories, jurisdictions, verification requirements, and provider restrictions will be disclosed before launch. A preview of the product is not a determination of eligibility or approval of any transaction.
