Service Agreement — Pre-launch Notice

Current status
A payment service agreement for the proposed business bill payment model is not yet available for acceptance. LimitLend is in pre-launch and is not accepting or processing payments. This page is an informational notice, not an authorization to charge a funding source or execute a payment.
Intended scope
The proposed service will support eligible business bills payable to approved third-party business payees. The proposed flow is customer → authorized funding source → LimitLend → approved third-party business payee. Customer payouts and transfers to the customer’s own bank account are outside this proposed model.
Terms to be finalized before launch
The future agreement must identify the service provider and applicable provider arrangements, eligible businesses and payees, supported funding methods, fees and limits, authorization requirements, delivery and settlement terms, cancellation and refund handling, disputes, privacy obligations, and termination procedures. These items remain subject to the finalized operating structure and required approvals.
No current acceptance or enrollment
An email requesting launch information does not constitute acceptance of a payment service agreement, create an account, authorize a charge, or guarantee access. Applicable agreements and disclosures will be presented before any service enrollment or payment authorization.
Earlier agreements
This notice does not modify or cancel a previously signed agreement or remove any existing rights or obligations. For questions about prior records or agreements, contact support@limitlend.com.
